7 Single Halloween Costumes

Dressing up for Halloween with friends is tons of fun, but sometimes dealing with other people can be really frustrating. So today I wanted to put together a list of cute/funny/adorable/scary costumes for you to rock solo this Halloween.

  • The Toothfairy - The Toothfairy is an underrated childhood hero. She literally gave us money for just growing up. Wear a white tee, silver tutu, tiara, and of course carry a tooth wand! (They're super easy to make with a little felt + glitter, or can be bought from Etsy).
  • Rosie the Riveter - One of the biggest cultural icons of World War II, Rosie the Riveter inspired (and continues to inspire) women everywhere and helped promote the feminist movement. Pair a denim shirt, a red bandana (complete with the 1940s hair do) and a "We Can Do It" pin. Don't forget to show off your costume (and you're hard work at the gym) with the classic muscle picture.
  • Frosty the Snowman - Who says winter can't come a little early? This one's super easy, tape 3 cardboard cutout buttons down the front of a white dress. Add a red scarf and a cutout top hat and you're ready to go.
  • Cruella De Ville - The evilest of all Disney villains (she kills puppies), Cruella De Ville's costume is actually surprisingly simple to put together. Pair a black dress with a white fur coat or shawl (bonus if it is spotted), red gloves, and a long cigarette type thing.
  • Wednesday Addams - I've actually never seen The Addams Family, but I am actually obsessed with Wednesday's outfit. Wear a long sleeve collard shirt underneath a black dress. Add black boots, black lipstick, and 2 braids to complete the look.
  • Flo From Progressive - Flo is iconic for anyone who watched television. Wear an apron with the word Progressive taped on, a white shirt, white pants, a blue headband, and of course a Flo name tag.
  • Breakfast At Tiffany's - I know that this costume may be a little overdone, but it's so chic. Pair a black dress, classic pearls, large sunglasses, a top knot, and a small tiara.

Ok, so these are some of my ideas for the perfect individual Halloween costume. Whatever you end up wearing, make sure to tag us in iInstagram pictures for a chance to be featured! Also don't forget to comment down below any other ideas you have!
