How I Clean My Makeup Brushes

Hi guys!

Today's post is on how I clean my makeup brushes.

I have 2 way of cleaning them: spot cleaning, and deep cleaning.

To spot clean, I use two different things. I love the Cinema secrets spot cleanser for when I need to clean my brushes in a pinch. I especially love this for my eye brushes. But something I have been loving recently is this color switch from Sio Beauty and Accessories, a new brand we've been partnering with, and they've been amazing to work with. Everything on their site is inexpensive which is always a plus! When I need to quickly brush off any excess color, I use this product. It takes away all the extra color and cleans your eye brushes incredibly well!!

When I deep clean my brushes, I use soap and water. I have been using the Zote soap from walmart for the longest time. The soap is $1 (actually .97 cents) and has lasted me over a year. I find this to be a complete dupe for the beauty blender solid cleansers. You literally cannot go wrong with this dollar soap!!!

Yay for cleaning brushes! I know this is nobody's favorite past time, but I HIGHLY recommend washing your brushes frequently to avoid bacteria from building up. Just play some good music and clean those brushes:)

Thank you guys so much for reading, and I'll see you in the next one.
