Everyday workout

Hi guys!

Today, I wanted to share my incredibly simple workout routine. Now, this is not a routine at ALL. It is just two machines that I use to workout with (on?). As many of you know, I am still recovering from a knee injury last winter. I recently re-joined a gym and started doing actual workouts. Because I have limited abilities, I want to share what easy workouts I do.

I literally have just been using the elliptical and the stairmaster. I have been doing 30 minutes of the stair master climbing at least 100 floors and burning at least 300 calories. After, I spend 15-20 minutes on the elliptical and burn about 150-200 calories.

I know this is crazy simple, and nothing like Samantha's workout routines, but I have to ease myself into workout out because I haven't been able to do it since November!

I love these two exercise because I can do them with my weak knee (the stair master makes my knee stronger!) and I don't find them boring.

Leave your workout recommendations below! I'd love to slowly try new things.
