2 Easy Tips to Feel Better

Hi guys!

So over the past few weeks, I have been trying to get healthier. I started this "journey" because I feel better when I eat well, drink water, and workout, but I get lazy so I don't do it.

These are two things that I have been pretty consistent with, and figured they were worth sharing...

1. Drink water, and lots of it-- I never drank water at all. It would be a miracle if I had more than one glass a day. A few weeks ago, I made a decision to drink 3-4 liters of water a day. For those of you who live in the states, thats 96-128 oz A DAY. Yes, a day. This has changed my skin, and the way I feel on a day to day basis. It is a lot of work, and it takes a long time for your bladder to get used to the amount of water you are consuming, but it is worth it. I challenge you to try this for a week and see the difference it makes!

2. Workout for 15 minutes a day-- All heath professionals recommend getting an hour of exercise a day. I am way too lazy (and busy) to actually do that. Because of this, I have started running on my elliptical for 15 minutes. It's a short workout, but every thing counts.

These are just two small things you can change in your day to day life to make yourself healthier and more active!
