March favorites 2017

Hey Guys!
Holy wow it's April. March was a crazy month for me. As many of you know I broke my knee at the end of February, so the majority of the month was dedicated to taking care of my knee. I have become accustomed to the one-legged life and am making my way around much better:) One plus, is that an Ulta opened near me so I go quite often. It helps take my mind off the pain haha!

Recently, I have been on a mission to fix my skin. When I am happy with my skin condition, I will share an updated skincare routine. Until then, I will share with you the single products that have changed my life.

Let's get started!

Skinfood Egg White Pore Hot Steam Pack- I posted a full review, so I won't be talking about this too much. I found that this is the best mask for blackheads and texture on your skin. Through testing this product, I found it works most effectively if used for long periods of time pretty consistently. I use the mask 2-3 times a week and leave it on for 30 minutes each time. I notice ALL my blackheads are gone when I do this. It is also not an expensive mask. Highly recommend.
Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask- Rachel from RachhLoves talked about this lip mask and I immediately ordered from Amazon. It does an unbelievable job at nourishing your lips and I will never ever be without this again. I use it 2-3 times a day (once at night) and I have noticed a difference in the plumpness, and lip lines.
Clinique Pep Start Exfoliating Cleanser- I love using this cleanser in the mornings because I find that it does a good job at gently exfoliating my skin and I find it refreshing to use in the morning. I also feel as if my texture is reduced when I use this product.
Tarte FRXXXTION Stick Exfoliating Cleanser- Love. Love. Love. I have no idea what I did before this. I love the idea of a stick exfoliator because it is very clean and easy to use. I also love the actual product itself. It has small exfoliating beads and the product is very effective. I also love how it is $22 for an oz of product so it will last a good amount of time.
Pixi Milky Hydrating Cleanser- I talked about this product in my "Battle of the Makeup Setting Sprays" post. I really love this product. It works well for priming my face before makeup, refreshing my face throughout the day or even right before I run out the door with a bare face. When I use this without makeup, my skin looks more even and glowy. The mist is very fine, but you can feel it on your face. It sprays evenly, and you only need 2-3 sprays to cover your face. I buy this from target.com for $15, which is more pricy that anything at the drugstore, but I still think it is worth it.
Wet N' Wild Photo Focus Pressed Powder (Golden Tan and Neutral Beige)- These powders have been very hyped about recently and for all good reasons. They are truly beautiful on the skin. I love the golden tan for a natural bronzer and neutral beige to set that face. I also use these when I want very light makeup to keep my face matte throughout the day.
Kat Von D Thunderstruck Metal Crush Shadow- I love this shadow for a highlighter. It has a beautiful duo chrome and sits very nicely on the skin!
Rimmel Lash Accelerator- I absolutely love this mascara. It doesn't transfer at all and it lengthens and volumizes my lashes very nicely! It is also drugstore price!

These were all my favorites for the month of March. I'm very excited to see what April will bring!

Thank you so much for reading, and, as always, if you have any product recommendations, leave them below and I will test them out!
