S’mores Pops

Summer is not over. I hate getting coupons and magazines in the mail advertising fall/winter. Like, come on people, it’s not even halfway through August. So today I have a recipe for a twist on the most classic summer treat, a s’more. But in pop form. Oh yeah, it’s gonna be good.

  • 24 Popsicle sticks (They can be found at any grocery store or crafts store)
  • 24 Large marshmallows
  • 4 Ounces Of Chocolate
  • 3 Graham Crackers

  • Put a popsicle stick into the bottom of each marshmallow.
  • Crush the graham crackers. I recommend placing them in a ziplock bag and pounding them. Think of it as a form of therapy.
  • Melt the chocolate using either a double boiler or if you’re lazy, in the microwave. Make sure to stir the melting chocolate occasionally.
  • Dip the marshmallows into the melted chocolate.
  • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
  • Keep upright, in a tall glass until the chocolate hardens.
  • Enjoy!
