Quick breathing tip

Hey guys!
Today's post will be quick, simple, yet SUPER effective.
Breathing correctly is super important because breathing is, essentially, what helps your body do anything!
If you ever feel stressed, or tense, please follow the steps below and although they may sound stupid, it is really really really effective.

First take a deep breath in for 4 seconds. This may seem like a long time, but deep breaths from your stomach are super important.
Then hold your breath for 7 seconds. This helps calm your heart rate if you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
Then let your breath out for 8 seconds. This is a long time so make sure you go slowly.
I recommend doing this 15-20 times but you can always do more too!

I can promise you that if you follow these steps you will feel much much calmer afterwards.
