Best Online Workouts

Working out at home is great. You don’t have to leave the house (ewww) and try to look cute, but you’re also working out and breaking a sweat. Online workouts are a great way to break a sweat at home. However they’re not always the most reliable. Some push you too hard, or work muscles in an unsafe way. Today I have a list of some of the best workouts online right now!

  • Blogilates - Here at S&G HQ, we love Cassey Ho. Her workouts are incredibly motivating and so much fun to do. I love her 1000 Abs Challenge and her Skinny Legging Workout.

  • Fitnessblender - I recently discovered Fitnessblender and I love it. They have a really awesome website where you can track your workouts and progress, which is so much fun to do. They also offer a ton of really fun full length workouts along with shorter flash workouts. My all time favorite is this Cardio Kickboxing Workout - It's so much fun and you sweat almost instantly.

  • BodyRock - BodyRock is a great place to go for any kind of workout. They have everything from yoga, to targeted workouts, to monthly challenges. If you have roommates or people at your place a lot, the partner HIIT workouts are a great thing to try.

  • POPSUGAR Fitness - These are great, really fun workouts. I love their dance inspired workouts, they’re a great way to break a sweat while also having a ton of fun. This BeyoncĂ© inspired one is definitely one of my favorites.

  • PsycheTruth - These are great workouts, each one specifically catered to different levels. I love their yoga workouts esecially this one and this one.
