Daily ab workout

Hey guys!
So if you guys are anything like me, you're finally realizing you should probably start working out since summer is right around the corner...
Yes, I did tell myself I'd start about 4 months ago, but that just didn't happen.
Today I will be sharing my favorite workouts for getting a flat(ter) stomach faster!

The first exercise is the roll up- do 3 sets of 15 with 60 seconds of rest between each set
Bird dogs- 3 sets of 15 with 60 seconds of rest between each set
Pluse ups- 3 sets of 15 with 60 seconds of rest between each set
Windshield wiper- 3 sets of 15 with 60 seconds of rest between each set
Crunches-3 sets of 15 with 60 seconds of rest between each set
Alternating superman-3 sets of 15 with 60 seconds of rest between each set
Straight leg rise- 3 sets of 15 with 60 seconds of rest between each set
Cross crunches- 3 sets of 15 with 60 seconds of rest between each set
Plank-3 sets of 15 with 60 seconds of rest between each set

Repeat these exercises at least once a day and you'll see major differences! Remember that abs are made in the kitchen and are exposed through exercise, meaning that what you eat dictates your results!
So from now till the end of summer (or forever), healthy eating, water, and workouts!
