Kiwi-Mango Overnight Oats Recipe

I always see the pictures people post of their overnight oats and comment “OMG looks delish!” meanwhile I’m kinda gagging because TBH they can look pretty gross. But this has been a trend for a while now and I’m not just going to let the slightly baby-food looking pictures on insta scare me from making it. At least that’s what I kept telling myself as I started to create this recipe and eat it the next morning. And honestly, I’m really happy I made this. I am a die hard fruit lover, who would be happy just munching on an apple before starting my day. But we all know that just fruit is not enough to satisfy a girl who’s always hungry like I am. So as I was making this I just decided to throw a whole bunch of fruits in (maybe to mask the taste of the baby-food, sorry, I mean oats). But I really didn’t need to! This tasted delicious! So now I’ve created an amazing, fruity, healthy, overnight oats recipe to share with y’all and I couldn’t be happier.

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt ( I prefer greek yogurt but you’re choice)
  • ½ TBSP chia seeds
  • 1-2 kiwis
  • 1 mango
  • Sugar to taste

  • In a glass jar/other airtight container mix the rolled oats and the greek yogurt.
  • Mix in the chia seeds
  • Store in the container overnight.
  • In the morning, add the chopped kiwi (I love kiwi so I added 2 but one will work) and mango.
  • Add sugar to taste if so desired.
  • Enjoy!!
