Detox Water Recipes

Hey guys!

So summer is now more than halfway over, and it’s right about now when I start feeling really gross. Maybe I’ve eaten a little too much ice cream or drank too much lemonade this summer. Anyways, around now I always start drinking detox water. So I thought I would share two of my favorite recipes with you guys.

Recipe 1

  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 cup strawberries (have anti-aging properties)
  • 3 kiwis (have vitamins A and E + help flush radicals out of body)
  • ½  lemon (helps flush harmful toxins from the body)

  • Chop up the strawberries + peel and cut the kiwis + peel and cut the lemon
  • Pour into the pitcher with water
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
  • Enjoy all day!

Recipe 2

  • 1 gallon of water
  • 1 medium grapefruit
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • A few mint leaves

  • Slice and peel the ingredients
  • Allow the fruits to sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours
  • Place in the pitcher of water
  • Enjoy at least ½ a gallon a day for optimal weight loss/decreased water retention results

So these are 2 of my favorite detox water recipes. And while I can’t promise any results, the ingredients in the first recipe are great for flushing toxins out of your body. The ingredients in the second recipe are great for weight loss and decreasing water retention. These all taste amazing and I’m actually obsessed with them.
