Stir-fry Recipe

Today I have a recipe for you for one of my favorite summertime meals. This is such a healthy meal and is super easy to make. The great thing about this is that it’s really easy to customize it for a ton of different dietary needs. I love eating this before I work out. It’s one of those meals that’s very easy to reheat up later, so you can make it at the beginning of the week and you can eat it all week. Anyways, on with the recipe.

  • 2 Chicken Breasts (Optional)
  • 5 Carrots
  • ½ a Bell Pepper (Or a little bit of different colors)
  • ½ package of Snap Peas
  • A little bit of Oil
  • A handful of Cheese (Optional)

  • Chop the chicken strips into small strips.
  • Pour a little bit of oil in a frying pan and place the chicken in the pn and start to stir/flip/cook the chicken.
  • Dice the bell peppers and slice the carrots into circles.
  • When the chicken is like 95% done being cooked throw in the veggies and continue to stir them.
  • If you so desire put some cheese on while the stir-fry is still hot and it’ll melt.
  • Serve hot.

Ok so this is my recipe! As I said this takes almost no time to cook. I especially like this recipe because if you’re a vegetarian, cut out the chicken. Lactose Intolerant, don’t use cheese. This recipe is also great with water chestnuts or onions. You could also add soy sauce. This is such a healthy recipe making it’s perfect for before a workout or just for dinner. Finally I love to serve this with a side of rice but there are a ton of other sides you could do. Comment below if you try this recipe and what you think about it. Tag us in a pic of your finished dish!
