Mini Graham Cracker Pies Recipe

In honor of The Ultimate Pie Day this Saturday (3/14/15). Get it 3.1415. HAHA I'm literally so excited. I have a pie recipe for you guys to try. And let me tell you, this recipe is a crowd pleaser. My favorite thing about this is that you can change the pie filling for any of your favorite fruits. This makes these pies super easy to serve and very versatile. Anyways… Here’s the recipe.

  • Keebler Graham Cracker Pie Crusts (Sold online or in most grocery stores)
  • Granulated Sugar - I don’t want to specify how much because it’s personal preference I usually use maybe 1½  to 2 TBSP.
  • Crushed Graham Crackers
  • Berries - When they’re in season I love to use fresh blueberries and blackberries but anything you find at the grocery store works.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Fill the pie crust with the berries until you have just a tiny mound above the edge of the pie crust.
  • Sprinkle the sugar on top of the berries.
  • Place your extra graham crackers in a ziploc bag and crush them with your fist or a spoon.
  • Put the crushed graham crackers on top of the berries until they are covered.
  • Put the pie in the oven for 5-6 minutes until very lightly cooked.
  • Serve ASAP or keep refrigerated.

So this is my go to mini pie recipe. This is such a crowd pleaser you can use any fruits you want but I think berries always taste the best. It’s super easy with very few ingredients and can be made super fast. An alternate to this is not to cook them at all. This still tastes delicious and really helps when you’re in a time pinch.
