Lifestyle- How to get through sick days

Hey guys!
Today’s post is going to be all about how to get through sick days.
We’re heading into the flu and cold season, and there is nothing worse than feeling sick. Recently I have been not feeling well a lot, so i do these on a daily/weekly basis, and it really helps.
RELAX! When you’re sick, you feel tense. Lighting candles, taking a bath, or getting a massage will really help. Use a lush bath bomb in the bath, or light a BBW candle and read a book or a magazine. This will de-stress you, and make you feel instantly better.
If you’re congested, use an aromatherapy oil. I love love love the Kwan Loong Oil (http://www.amazon.com/Kwan-Loong-Pain-Relieving-Aromatic/dp/B0036B785A/ref=sr_1_1/188-5819683-0525206?ie=UTF8&qid=1415294467&sr=8-1&keywords=kwan+loong+oil). This is a really strong peppermint oil. I use this to massage my feet, and I put some of this on my chest and under my nose when I have a cold. I like this more than vix, because of the smell. *warning: read the directions before using this product.*
SLEEP! I cannot recommend this enough. Sleep cures everything.
